Cross the moat and the western gate, walk the raised way where the equinox sun rises over the central tower, follow the gallery of bas-reliefs past Kurukshetra and the judgement of the dead, and climb to the platform of the five towers.
The sizes of the moat, the enclosure, the causeways, the galleries and the central tower come from published figures; the heights of the levels, the places of the smaller buildings and the shapes of the towers are approximate, and the reliefs are our own simple renderings; the stone is drawn in code, not photographed. Gold markers open notes on what you see, including what is measured, what is approximate and what is unknown. Objects in the cases are renditions, not replicas.
